The Role
We are looking for a driven and committed professional to join our global team to provide exceptional
bookkeeping services for our clients. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and have the ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining consistency. They will take responsibility for the accounts payable and receivable activities for our clients, including payroll liaison with external providers.

Accounting Duties

  • Liaise with clients and tax agencies in relation to the management accounts and bookkeeping
    information
  • General ledger work
  • Entering Invoices
  • Preparing payments and paying suppliers
  • Receiving and depositing payments
  • Preparation of sales tax returns
  • Preparation of payroll
  • Assisting managers with tax administration
  • Assisting managers with year-end closing

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Fluent English; Excellent verbal and written communication
  • 3 years’ minimum relevant work experience
  • US payroll experience
  • Interest in tax accounting would be advantageous
  • Familiar and adept with accounting software
  • Exceptional time management and adherence to deadlines
