Introducing Your New U.K. Practice Leadership Team
Bradley Lucas – Director U.K. Practice
We are excited to introduce Bradley Lucas as the Director of the IMS U.K. Practice, and Ankita Patel as Deputy Director. Together, they will lead our U.K. Practice and ensure that our clients receive seamless, high-quality service as they expand into the U.S. market.
Bradley, based in Florida, brings over 7 years of international tax advisory experience. He holds a J.D. in business law and a B.B.A. in accounting. With his extensive experience from KPMG’s international tax practice, Bradley provides strategic, solution-driven support on cross-border tax matters, trade and customs, transfer pricing, and M&A. He will continue to travel to the U.K. regularly (3-4 times a year) to meet with clients and provide in-person strategic tax advice. In between trips, Bradley remains fully accessible for calls and consultations.
Ankita Patel – Deputy Director U.K. Practice
Ankita, based in Edinburgh, brings a wealth of experience in international tax, accounting, and payroll services. She holds an MBA in Finance, a B.Com in Advanced Accounts and Auditing, and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. With years of experience from Sorge CPA and KPMG India, Ankita ensures that clients receive tailored support across all U.S. tax and accounting needs. Fluent in four languages, Ankita combines global expertise with technical precision to guide clients through the complexities of U.S. expansion.

Alongside Bradley and Ankita, we are also pleased to have Brad Gold, our Director of Tax, Milena Pavlovic, Head of Payroll, and Celine Plieweiss, Head of Accounting, as part of the leadership team. Together, this strong team works cohesively to offer comprehensive support, not just in tax, but in HR, payroll, and accounting, ensuring our clients have all the expertise they need under one roof.

We will be organizing introductory video calls with Bradley and Ankita in the coming weeks. Bradley will be in the U.K. in October for in-person meetings, and he will be reaching out directly to schedule a time with you.
